Order processing begins
Our objective is ship your order out as quickly as possible, this time frame depends on current volume. During & sales, and after new releases, orders can take longer to be processed due to the sheer volume (and size) of orders. When there are delays due to these circumstances, there will be a message on the website banner clearing indicating as such. Outside of these periods, orders are usually processed in 2 business days. We can't any guarantee a specific time frame because there are so many variables, but we do guarantee we will work tirelessly to ship as quickly as possible with the resources we have at our disposal!3
Package ships
When your order is packaged up with love, your tracking number will be automatically emailed to you. We are attached to the email too, so if you can't find it, let us know & we will forward it to you again. Typically you will receive your tracking number one night, and then the package will be picked up by USPS the following day. Please read your transactional email correspondence from us for more info about shipping with USPS. All orders containing hemp will be sent with a letter to law enforcement. This declares that inside this package is industrial hemp, and it references the laws that protect hemp in the US. The CoA for each strain can be found on our site as an attachment to the product page. If you cannot find the CoA you are looking for, please reach out to us and we will be happy to provide it. Note: we do ship internationally - however we cannot guarantee international delivery on behalf of foreign institutions. Your international order is at your risk. We do have empathy to these situations, and upon our judgement that the package is lost or is not going to arrive, we may offer to replace the package at a discount. We package discreetly and professionally, but we can make no guarantees.4
