In our privacy policy, we lay out the data we collect, why we collect it, and what we may do with it. Your data is safe with Beleafer, and we will keep the contact with you to a minimum. We want to make sure you are made aware if there is an order with your order, or if there is a sale coming up. By accepting our terms and conditions, you are accepting the terms of our privacy policy.

No Directions for Product Use

We provide no directions for use of products sold through the Site; all products are sold as bulk botanical specimens. Products and statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug administration and are not intended to treat, cure, or prevent any diseases. All products are to be kept out of reach of children

Age Prohibitory Product Policy

You must be 18+ to purchase all products from the Site. If any attempt is made to deceive us of your age, or if you engage in any sort of deceptive behavior towards us, we will both refuse service and report you to the appropriate authorities.

Shipping Caveats

We do ship internationally; however, we cannot guarantee delivery beyond US borders. By purchasing internationally, you are understanding of these terms. In the event your package does not arrive, we may offer terms to replace the package at a discount. If the package has not arrived at all after a sufficient enough time (up to our judgement) to be deemed ‘lost’, we may offer these terms.

Limitations of Liability

In no event will Beleafer LLC, its directors, employees, or officers be liable to you or any other third party for any special, consequential, incidental, punitive, or direct damages as a result of your use of our products or this Site. You,, and any other third party on your behalf, hereby agree not to sue Beleafer LLC or any of its directors, employees, or officers as a result of said damages.​

Indemnification

You agree to entirely indemnify Beleafer LLC, its directors, employees, and officers from and against any demand, loss, damage, liability, claim, and subsequent expense thereof arising from the breach of the terms laid forth herein.​

Governing Laws

These Terms & Conditions and your use of our products and Site fall under the jurisdiction of the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and will be interpreted and governed as such without regards to principles of conflicts of laws. Any action brought forth by either party concerning these Terms and your use of our products and Site will be brought only in the state courts of Pennsylvania or federal courts located within the state.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found illegal or unenforceable, the remainder of the contract still applies.

Beleafer LLC reserves the right to revise and update these terms as we see fit, at any time. Through your use of the site, you are expected remain current on these Terms.
