Return Policy

All sales are final.

We are unable to issue refunds at any point after order processing has begun, and returns cannot be accepted due to the nature of the products sold.

International shipping policy.

We do ship internationally – however we cannot guarantee international delivery on behalf of foreign institutions. Your international order is at your risk. We do have empathy to these situations, and upon our judgement that the package is lost or is not going to arrive, we may offer to replace the package at a discount. Under no circumstances can we guarantee delivery outside of US borders. No refunds will be issued if international orders do not arrive, but we will offer to replace the contents of the parcel at-cost.
